What is the MCG Case Lab?

The MCG Case Lab is our World-Leading on-site editor that allows you to customise your case, however you like. You are able to add text, images, change fonts, color and much more.

How do I make a Portrait Order?

On all MCG Portrait Product Pages there is a Upload Button and Notes Area, where you can upload images to be digitally drawn. You then NEED to SPECIFY Background Color and Select Phone Model from the dropdown.

What phone case are my prints completed on?

All our prints are completed on Premium Liquid Silicone cases, that feature precise button and port openings and are highly durable while still being flexible.

Can I make changes to my order?

No. Please check all details thoroughly before proceeding to checkout.


What cases are my designs printed on?

All orders are printed on premium liquid silicone cases, with durable and flexible properties.

Will the case fit my phone?

We provide cases for a wide range of phones models. This includes Apple iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixels and many more. Check them all HERE.

What's an MCG Edit and Portrait?

An MCG Edit are custom cases, designed by us and edited by you. These normally include an area you can change such as name or number.

An MCG Portrait, is a case where a photo of yours is drawn by our team and printed on the case.

How do I "Make my own" case?

You can make your own case in whatever way you like using the MCG Case Lab.

Can I change my Upload or Personalisation?

No. We don't accept changes to orders, so check your order before checking out.
In some cases if you get in touch with us within 12 hours from ordering, we may be able to change it.

How many products can I order?

You can order as many as you like! However, some cases may have limited stock such as a limited edition case.


Can I make changes to my order?

No. Please check your order thoroughly before checking out. In some cases, if you get in touch within 12 hours of ordering, we may be able to make the changes.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After checking out, you will receive an order summary or Invoice to your email address provided at checkout. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam.

Will Covid-19 affect my order?

While situations return to normal, there may be some parts of the world where the effect on logistics is a problem. There may be a small delay on some orders. Processing times are normally 48 hours. Check our Shipping Policy for more information.

How do I order a product?

Simply select your preferred product and hit the "add to cart" button. Proceed to checkout and enter the required details. Then wait for your order to be processed and shipped.

How do I apply my Promotion Code?

Promotion codes can be applied at checkout. Site Promotions (i.e. Free Shipping or 20% OFF Sale) will be automatically applied on products or at checkout.

How to buy a Gift Card?

Navigate to the Header. Then select Shop MCG > Gift Cards.


Do you ship internationally?

MCG is able to Ship WorldWide. Shipping Information can be found HERE.

What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?

Some orders may be slightly delayed due to Covid-19 and other factors - Thanks for your understanding.

Please check with your local post office or with your courier, as we can only see the same tracking you can.

"My package hasn't arrived. It's been a month"

It's possible your parcel your parcel may have been lost in post. Get in touch with us and we'll follow it up for you. Get more information here.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your shipping speed depends on the option you choose at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. If you choose a shipping option with tracking, then you may track this on the courier's or our website.

How long is processing time?

Processing time can take up to 48 hours. Check our Shipping Policy for the latest updates.

Warranty & Refunds

Do you have a Warranty?

We have a 7 Day warranty in case a manufacturing defect occurs.

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of product arrival, and we'll issue a one-time replacement.

Can I get a refund?

No. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Replacements can be sent in some cases where the product has not arrived or a case is defective.

"My product is damaged - What do I do?"

Please get in contact within 28 days of product arrival if your case is defective or damaged.

"Can I get a replacement? I used the wrong address!"

No. Please check your billing and shipping details thoroughly before checking out.

If you reach out to us within 12 hours, we may be able to make the changes.

Do you offer replacement?

Yes. We have a 7 Day warranty on all cases. This is only valid for defects. Find out more HERE..

How to cancel my order?

After checking out, you can't cancel your order. In some cases, you may be able to change it or cancel if you get in touch within 12 hours from ordering.

What payments method do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including: Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Card.

"I am having website or checking out issues"

If you are having any sort of issues during MCG ordering experience, simply get in touch with us and we'll have a solution to you in no time.

"I can't upload my image"

Please check that you are following the upload guidelines, that include dimension and extension type. Read the Upload Guidelines and Order Process HERE.
