Product Perfection

Here at MCG, we want you to have a flawless ordering experience. From the minute you visit the site to the moment you receive your order, we want it to be perfect. To avoid any misunderstandings or confusion before or during the order process, we have put together this concise and detailed article which explains the difference between our products, the DOs and DON'Ts as well as the order process.

MCG Portraits:

The MCG Portraits are the heart of our range of cases. We have a select team of Super Talented Artists, who carefully draw your images, and convert them to digital art format. After they have drawn them (in 24 hours), the final piece is printed on to super high-quality liquid silicone cases.

To order a MCG Portrait, upload your image using the "Upload Button", making sure to have an image that is 1000px by 1700px. If your image is not the correct size, automatic adjustments will be made, resulting in parts being cut off or it being too large.

Upload up to 2 Pets or 4 (Human) Faces. If you exceed this limit, any 2/4 pets/faces will be chosen at random and printed.

Then select a Device Model and SPECIFY BACKGROUND COLOR in the Relevant Notes Area.

After placing your order, our team will then go ahead and digitally draw your image (within 24 hours), making sure not to miss any intricate detail. Your order will be drawn and processed within 72 hours, and shipped according to the method you select at checkout.

MCG Case Lab:

We know the feeling of not being able to find a case that truly represents who YOU are. Therefore we came up with a solution! The MCG Case Lab allows you to use an on-site editor with great tools such as the ability to change color, fonts, add text and upload your favorite memories to your case.

When you enter the Case Lab, hit the "Customise" button which will take you to our editor. From there you can begin to customise your product using all the tools available. You can even save your design to be worked on later or download it to share with a friend.

Then, choose your device model, and head to checkout. Make sure to finalise your product and make changes carefully since there is no changes allowed after ordering!

MCG Edits:

The MCG Edits are a collection of products that have great designs, and allow you to add a touch of personalisation. We have done all the hard work here and have made modern, and unique designs, to be edited with your customisation.

The type of customisation depends on the design you choose. For example, the "Initial Rose" case, allows you to add a single letter to the case. The "Marble Clouds" case, allows you to add a name and a case such as "Blue Waves at Night", allows you to add both.

To add your personalisation, simply add your name, letter or number (if applicable to the case) in the notes box under the "add to cart" button. Make sure to SPECIFY DEVICE MODEL in the relevant text area under the "add to cart" button.

Upload an Image:

MCG Edits, you don't need to upload anything. Just add some notes!
